Amazing experience! The perfumer took the time to have us choose our fragrance ingredients to create the perfect signature fragrance. My husband and I created this for our anniversary. What a memorable gift!

The leather oud smells incredible. First time I visited the store, there was a very friendly gentleman who convinced me to make a purchase. The second time I visited to pick up my order (I ordered online), the store was full of young staff who were absolutely cold, and behaved like they were models waiting for a catwalk. 4 stars for the quality of the perfume and history, and for the good service on my first visit. But I hope that service will be consistent.

Hands down one of the best experiences I ever had while shopping for a gift. The aroma in the store when you first enter takes you away from the industrial scenery of London, and eases you in. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable with their perfumes, and the way that they help you try and find the right perfume is almost equivalent to a wine tasting in a vineyard. A little pricey but not only are the fragrances so unique and aromatic compared to other perfumes, the bottle itself is well built. I bought one of their new perfumes for my friend as a Christmas gift and she loves it. 100% would come back here again.

A fantastic place to shop, if you are looking to purchase a top-of-the-range perfume. I received outstanding customer service from everyone, especially from Veronica, she greeted me with a warm welcome and helped to choose the right perfume for the special occasions I was looking for. Her knowledge of perfumes is mind-blowing. I wish everyone at Floris a very happy new year.

Elegant perfumery in the heart of Jermyn street. The perfumes are mostly unisex and simply a delightful mix of unusual combinations with many options to suit every and anyone. They also carry some lotions, diffuser oils, candles, shampoo/body wash. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly. We are now lifetime supporters of Floris because of this combo. A perfect gift for yourself or someone special..

What a lovely experience! The shop is beautiful and historic, like a frozen moment in time. The service is wonderful, so helpful! And the scents! Who wouldn't want to smell like Marilyn Monroe?? Though if she's not quite your style you could choose to smell like Queen Victoria instead (which was unexpectedly a very nice scent! ).
